the departed

caught the departed with the dmc guys yesterday.

up la.. full ORBAT as per planned sia.. not everyone caught the movie tho but everyone turned up afterall.. think we redcon 2A la.. lol..

wouldnt say the movie is superb but i'd say its a rather nice adaptation of it..

there were some scenes which were totally similar to the original one and the whole theatre was laughing during those scenes.. lol.. overall i feel that the plot isnt as succulent as infernal affairs.. realised that certain parts of the story were simply linked in a very slipshod manner.. doesnt make sense at times esp when certain characters die.. anyhow, dun wanna spoil it for those who have yet to watch the show..

in any case, nothing beats the original one la..

had a bad week at work with hiccups here and there all thanks to mr murphy and family.

certain things that were unplanned for really happened and made me ponder how our beloved bureauceratic uniformed organisation actually works..

also made me think even further, if i shud ever be part of this organisation, permanently..

anyway, there are still little good things in life that we shud celebrate.. i finally received my swordcase after waiting for 2 months plus!! YeAH! *brings up my swordcase with both arms in the air, ala world cup style accompanied by loud cheers from a large crowd surrounding me*

maybe i shud take a few shots of it and post it up here.. but wait, think our local K-G-B may come knocking on my door and accuse me of putting up illegal pics cuz its military-related stuffs.. woah..
