back from taiwan..

finally back after 3 weeks..

well, best part is definitely the 4 days RnR la.. simply shiok man..

umm..things hasnt been smooth-sailing for me though.. both in my training and also my personal life.. but i guess sometimes u've got to suck it up and get on with life..

anyway, i took lots of photos during the trip.. here are some of them.. ;)

our first stop for R n R - Kenting, a town by the beach.. well, it was summer time...guess we were lucky to be there at the right time la.. lol..

While visiting taiwan's war memorials and shrines, we were in time to catch their change of guards parade by their military police.. very similar to wat we have here except tat their drills are much more graceful and precise.. (to pang the pro: u will love it man.. its simply all the sangfu and express salute thingy in taiwanese style la.. )

taiwanese grp Power station (dong li huo che) had a song that is named after this street - zhong xiao dong lu zou jiu bian, which literally means walking down this street nine times.. yah right.. nine times.. i walked half of it and i gave up man.. its a bloody long stretch of road that links the main shopping arcade in taipei.. a good example wud be walking from tanglin mall all the way to plaza sing.. but of cuz longer lah.. shag... nine times... right.. =

xiao huang - as they are affectionately known as due to their bright yellow facade. dun "see them no up" as these taxis are actually camrys, cefiros and even evos.. quite power la.. but some drivers are quite ah beng.. gotta beware..

the best makan in taiwan tat i've tried is this little cup of egg pudding.. simply UP la...cant describe.. go and try and u will know..
